The order handling time period is 1-2 days (Mon-Saturday) and the order cutoff time is 8:00 pm (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (US & Canada).
Please note that we don't ship on weekends or holiday.

We currently ship exclusively to the United States. This policy applies only to orders shipped to U.S. addresses.

We use trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to deliver your packages.
Once your package arrives in your destination country, the national carrier may transfer the package to a regional carrier. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for accurate tracking information.
6. ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 1-2 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. Track Your Order Online
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.
Please note that Slumblr Pillow is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, blank mobile column. Non-delivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons will not be taken by Slumblr Pillow.
